The research in the proposed Programme Grant is divided into three Themes, each with its leaders, co-leaders, and sub-themes:
- Optimally-designed experiments (Theme leader: MJS, deputy-leader: OKM):
- small-scale experiments (leader: PA, deputy-leader: MJS);
- large-scale experiments (leader: BJA, deputy-leader: CCP);
- Modelling and simulation (Theme leader: CCP, deputy-leader: OKM)
- Industrial challenges (Theme leader: BJA, deputy-leader: CCP):
- two-phase flow regime transitions (leader: BJA, deputy leader: CCP);
- bespoke manufacturing routes for high-value multiphase products (leader: MJS, deputy-leader: PA).
